Et plus l\u2019entreprise r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 leurs attentes dans la dur\u00e9e, plus cette r\u00e9putation s\u2019enracinera profond\u00e9ment dans leur esprit en constituant de la sorte un filet de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui lui permettra de mieux r\u00e9sister face \u00e0 des situations de crise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour une entreprise, la r\u00e9putation est un actif intangible qui repr\u00e9sente ses actions pass\u00e9es et d\u00e9crit sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de ses parties prenantes, par exemple sur le plan \u00e9thique, social, de la qualit\u00e9 de ses produits et services ; et ce tout en lui permettant de se diff\u00e9rencier et de se prot\u00e9ger de la concurrence.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte o\u00f9 les entreprises se doivent de satisfaire les actionnaires qui placent le retour sur investissement au centre de leurs pr\u00e9occupations, la r\u00e9putation joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le primordial du fait de son impact financier av\u00e9r\u00e9. En effet, m\u00eame si elle constitue un capital immat\u00e9riel qui n\u2019est pas comptabilis\u00e9 dans le bilan des entreprises, elle influence le cours de l\u2019action. De plus, une bonne r\u00e9putation permet d\u2019attirer des investisseurs, de nouveaux clients et talents, de fid\u00e9liser les clients existants, d\u2019accro\u00eetre le taux de r\u00e9tention du personnel, d\u2019augmenter les ventes et les prix des produits et services, de faciliter la conclusion de partenariats, fusions, acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>Ces b\u00e9n\u00e9fices qui d\u00e9coulent d\u2019une r\u00e9putation seront d\u2019autant plus \u00e9vidents qu\u2019elle sera bien assur\u00e9e. Aussi, les entreprises doivent s\u2019assurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de la performance de leur r\u00e9putation. Plusieurs m\u00e9thodes permettent de faire cet exercice. L\u2019une d\u2019elles est, par exemple, utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tablir chaque ann\u00e9e un classement des r\u00e9putations des 100 entreprises les plus visibles en se fondant sur sept attributs : la confiance, la culture d\u2019entreprise, l\u2019\u00e9thique, la citoyennet\u00e9, la vision, la croissance, les produits et les services.
