Who we are?

Renato Jannone, founding consultant at Eurolife

Since Eurolife was launched as a public relations and strategic marketing agency in Belgium in 1992, the Brussels-based company has focused its activities on five key areas: media relations, employee communications, customer communications, reputation management – all four coming under the header of public relations – and market research and insight.

From that time forward, Eurolife has worked for major players operating in the areas of ICT, manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food industry and retail, serving local and international companies such as BT Global Services, Xerox and UCB among its customer references, past and present.

That said, every sector is exciting and worthwhile, bringing its own specific challenges and opportunities. Whether you operate in any one of these sectors or in any other field of activity, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would like to hear about your business model and your requirements, as well as answer all your questions without obligation on your part.

The satisfaction of our customers is at the heart of everything we do

“I have worked with Eurolife during 24 years, from 1992 to 2016. During this period, Eurolife has been frequently singled out for awards by Xerox Europe for its exceptional performance in the field of media relations; a performance which has been appraised on the basis of increasingly more demanding KPI’s. Anyone who works with Eurolife knows what concepts such as service and partnership really mean. I strongly recommend this agency for its ability to design and conduct pertinent communications strategies, for its aptitude to write customer newsletters, but equally for its capacity to perform quality SWOT analyses.”

Pierre Collette, former corporate marketing director, Xerox Belgium-Luxembourg

“I have worked with many PR-PA companies over the past several years, and Eurolife stands head and shoulders over most, not only in demonstrated initiative, intelligence and creativity, but also in its ability to function as a flexible partner. Eurolife is reliable, discrete, likeable, loyal, honest, and realistic in its expectations.”

Didier Malherbe, vice-president at UCB and managing director of UCB Belgium

“I had the pleasure of working closely with Eurolife for around ten years, during which the agency helped us develop very good relationships with the Belgian journalists who cover our sector. I’d recommend Eurolife to any organisation that is keen to gain media share of mind in Belgium through close interpersonal links, while benefiting from customised service, attention to detail and a commitment that goes beyond the timesheet limitations that are sometimes encountered with larger outfits.”

Alan Ball, former director, global PR, BT Global Services

“We have called on Eurolife’s services for press contacts on a regular basis. Time and again, the quality of Eurolife’s relations with the Belgian media proved cardinal in securing the success of our press conferences.”

Frédéric Druck, former managing director ad interim and communication & international relations director, BioWin, the Health Cluster of Wallonia

“I warmly recommend Eurolife and Renato Jannone in particular. I benefited from his services for over 15 years while working with Xerox, France Telecom (Mobistar) and BT. Two words to describe his sense of customer service, PR, press relations, internal communication services, but also his sense of urgency and quality: Role model! Thank you again Renato for the hard work.”
